Leadership

Drawing on our Protestant denominations, we believe in the priesthood of all believers - that Jesus gives each of his followers the gifts and skills to do all that is necessary for life and ministry.  So in a sense, all the people of the church are leaders in different ways in the places we are called to live, worship, work, and play.

Our church is governed by a Board of Elders consisting of 12 men and women.  Nearly all of the administrative and ministry decisions are made by the Board.  The president of the Board is Scott Shriner, the Vice President is Joel Harding, the Treasurer is Joyce Huber, the Secretary is Terry Conners.  For more information on the Board, please contact the office or Pastor Seth.

Terry Conners, church administrative guru. I was born and raised in Waterville, and a lifetime member of the Waterville                                             Federated Church. I took over the church secretary job in 1992. I am also an Avon representative, volunteer at the school                                         and keep score for high school sports.
I have been happily married to my husband John for almost 31 years. We have two daughters, Trina Clune of Waterville                                             and Samantha Conners of Waterford, NY. We have four grandchildren, Harley, Kylee, Nathan Clune and Rylan Jane                                                     Bentley.
